Slow cooked baby Shannon

We took baby Shannon to Dunton Hot Springs for Keira and Joe's Wedding. Wow! Slow cooked baby tastes so good! Better than the Kobe Filet Mignon that we had. Here is our secret recipe.

14 lbs of baby
2 medium onions
3 green peppers
1 tbs salt
1 tbs cumin

Roast ingredients in 105 degree hot springs for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy with a glass of Chianti.
